Instructions: Every Offer of Assistance has one Contributor. A Contributor is a Member State, Organisation or Agency that was responsible for drafting and submitting the Offer.

Step 1: Create a Name for this Contributor:

(Enter the name of the organization or country that has submitted the offer. For example, "Belgium", or "Assocaition of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN)".)

Step 2: Enter the Contributor Type:

(Select one option - either the Contributor is a UN Member State, or it is an Organisation / Agency.)
