Add a Contact

Instructions: Contacts are associated with Offers and specific documents within offers. Each Offer or Document may have several contacts associated with it.

(Before adding this contact, you must have already created the Contributor, Offer and Document to which the contact pertains.)

Step 1: Assign this Contact to a Contributor:

(This will allow the contact to show up on the "View All Contacts for [Contributor]" link on the search results page.)


Step 2: Select the Category (section of the Offer) to which this Contact pertains:


Step 3: Select the document type (Nature of Offer) within the Offer to which this Contact pertains:


Step 4: Enter the Contact Type:

(General Contacts appear at the top of the contact details page for a document. Normal contacts appear under the "Other Contacts" header on the contacts details page. There can only be one General Contact per offer contributor.)

This is the "General Contact Point" for the contributor.
This is a normal Contact Point.


Step 5: Enter the Contact Notes:

(This is the text that appears under the descriptive "Pertinence" column in the contacts details page.)
